An example of rules is only one copy of a pokemon is allowed (i.e. no using 6 Sableye, including megas). An example of formatting is baby pokemon only (i.e. Pichu, Magby, etc.)

Well one copy of one pokemon should not be a rule . Its upto the player to decide , i know its an example though . There can be upto 6 copy of same pokemon in a team and some people really do that.
